1. Program overview:
SPARK Global is pleased to announce its inaugural calls for multi-institutional collaboration proposals to support the discovery and development of novel therapeutics and diagnostics that address unmet medical needs in global health. This specific program is kindly funded by a philanthropic foundation and, accordingly, successful projects will be subject to the foundation's final decision. Selection details and requirements are outlined in Section 5 below.
SPARK Global offers funding, education regarding the multi-disciplinary product development process and project-specific mentorship to enable SPARK Global members to advance promising research discoveries to the clinic and/or commercial sector.
For more information please contact with SPARK Taiwan office : [email protected]
2.Amount of funding & deadline:
Typical grants range up to $100,000 per project and depend on the individual proposal. Awards will be granted for the period from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021.
Please note, it is imperative that a clear ‘deliverable’ from the collaboration will be provided along with the timeline and a good explanation how the collaborative work of two institutions or more is essential for the success of the project.
Deadline: Wednesday, October 16, 2019, 6 p.m.
3.Eligibility:

Therefore, we anticipate being able to provide SPARK Global members with more information after the first round of review.
